Mr Ciaran McDonald teaches Taekwon-Do full-time in the Oxford area of the UK but he also has a background in Karate and has tried his hand at some other arts too.
Within the PUMA martial arts organisation he has often seen as an outspoken person who's not afraid to say what he thinks. However, his passion for martial arts and teaching shines through and he has the students to prove it.
Mr McDonald has written a book that outlines his thoughts and passions on the practical elements of the movements within the ITF Taekwon-Do patterns - the book demonstrates how some of the traditional movements can be used in a modern-day scenario and are not just martial ballet.
