Phil Whitlock is a person who is very close to my heart, as well as being one of my students for many years, he's a man who has never been afraid to speak his mind. He's also never been afraid to put his martial arts skills to the test, he has talked the talked and also walked the walk.
Phil is coming to grips with a few recent changes to his life and is embracing them with the same enthusiasm that he had for his martial arts.
