Alison Gildert is a PUMA Taekwon-Do instructor who lives and teaches in Stavanger, Norway. She's an inspirational woman, although she's also very modest and would probably deny that. However, she has developed a solid martial arts school that incorporates students of all ages. In the early days of teaching on her own, she built the school from the ground up with just single-minded determination and enthusiasm for her art. She's done all this alongside being a wife and a mother to her two girls. She talks to the Dark Master about how she's lived her martial arts journey so far.
